What I like most about my Nir Family YMCA experience is the sense of community and support. The staff and instructors are encouraging and genuinely care about helping you meet your goals. I’ve been able to try new things like swim lessons and wellness programs in a welcoming and judgment free space. The Y has become more than just a place to exercise; it’s a space where I feel motivated, connected, and inspired to keep growing in mind, body, and spirit.

We just became members. Signing up was quick. Haven’t had to chance to really experience the Y yet.
The steam room, sauna and pool are very helpful to my health issues.
Lots to offer and very nice facility
The newer weigh equipment seems to be well received. It shows that the Y is interested in moving forward by updating our needs and moving in a positive direction with better and possibility safer experience. The area is clean as is the locker room and shower area. It seems that someone is always cleaning during my time spent there.
Enjoy the pool, yoga classes, & workout areas. Overall very clean with a great sauna!

I had both group and private swim, I liked that the instructors customized the lessons for each swimmer. I loved the friendliness and patience of both coaches, they made the lessons fun.
It is scheduled for the right amount of time and very easy to sign up and access. We had the pleasure of working with Lindsay and she was absolutely wonderful- we will definitely be back for the next stage of lessons!

The facility has a lot of class offerings, a large selection of weights, machines, and cardio machines. It is also very clean.
