I have enjoyed the Nir Family Y for my Shallow Water Aerobics, Stretch and Balance, the Steam room and sauna after my exercise activities. The instructors are phenomenal and make the activities fun. Mona is always pleasant and greets everyone in the morning with a smile.

Like hours of operation.
Equipment is well maintained……with one exception spin room bike # 31. Has had a “needs repair “ tag on it for several weeks.

Love the new hours. The old pre-fire culture seems to be slowly coming back. Would appreciate keeping kids out of adult locker rooms as there seems to be more and more in there.
