The guys that delivered my fuel yesterday were only concerned about my beagles safety and to make sure she stayed in the yard Ya’ll do not understand what that means to me and my family. I could go on and on bout the generosity I have received from them and there is not enough space lol.

I was hesitant to respond to the survey because I was not familiar with the name, Williams Fuel, until I saw it on the invoice. I think that our propane delivery has undergone multiple name changes over the last 30 plus years.
I particularly liked the lady I spoke to on the phone who was so kind and helpful to this old lady.
I do not have a smart phone, so I gave her my little flip phone # so I could get texts telling me when the truck would be arriving. I like to know in order to move the car off the driveway and onto the grass, so the truck can drive closer to the fence.

I liked the part I only gave out one time during the winter from that point on they pretty well took care of me. But I had to come off the list where the deliverer would just come tap your tank off, my bill got too expensive but other than that I pretty well like Williams Fuel
