I like the variety of the group classes and the instructors. It is a very welcoming environment regardless of your level. The instructors are very experienced and dedicated to their class to ensure everyone is doing the exercises properly so there are no injuries. I look forward to coming to the gym each week. Thank you!

Paul David is very nice and clean gym they have have everything you need there, from Olympic size swimming pool to hot tub and sauna, more than what most other gyms have. The staff are what's about them overall very nice and caring. I like to go in to just chit chat with the staff!

The classes provided are wonderful for any fitness level. Instructors will help guide you so you can reach and maintain your fitness goals. The staff is friendly, helpful and have created a sense of community among the members.
