Becca did an amazing job! She gave me a great haircut off of what might have been the worst explanation ever given to her by a client, but managed to turn it into something that looked awesome. Did it a timely manner, is a great conversationalist (even though she really just listened to me talk the entire time, but she did a great job of listening). You could tell even the client she had before me truly enjoys his time and experience with her and is clearly evident in the time I saw them interacting while I waited for my turn. Becca is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met and Floyd’s Barbershop should be proud to employ her. And were it not for this review being too long already, I would have another paragraph to write about Amanda and how amazing she is in her interactions with customers. She should teach a mandatory seminar in customer service.

Amy in the Geneva IL store is fantastic. I don’t let anyone else cut my hair. If she is out I will wait until she is available. The front counter staff is always welcoming and is also great.

Ambiance is dope but the girls (stylists) are getting too thick the pictures on the wall are now a throwback to when people weren’t obese lol the beauty industry need to get beck to its roots
