The trainer Yash is a really good fit. He manages strength and mobility training and helps with pad work for boxing. The sessions are well-planned and very productive. I feel like I am building strength and skills, just like ai wanted to do.

Mehran is an excellent trainer. He's very knowledgeable and focuses on what the student needs to work on. He doesn't force student to go heavier if it looks like they don't have the stamina/endurance yet. He's very flexible and resourceful with whatever student has available.

What I like most about my sweetness Personal Trainer is that she’s very knowledgeable. She has a wide and varied workout routine that keeps my workouts interesting. she’s also quite knowledgeable about the various muscles of the body and what exercises best benefits the development of those muscles
