Weight lifting is an excellent way to feel good about oneself. I am 77 years old and my medibolic age is 57 years old. I walk my Service Dog, I do tons of cardio and I lift weights about 4 times a week...I recommend a personal trainer come to your house to show you the proper way to lift safely and give you the encouragement to do your best.
She helps me grow strength and balance and moves to more difficult challenges when I am ready for them.
Attentive ease to work with
I enjoy the cardio, strength training, yoga, strength training with bands and handles I also enjoy playing basketball with my trainer. He teaches me how to do the exercises with patience, endurance, kindness and fun.
