My experience could not have been better! I took my truck in for an oil change and a free inspection. The team there found a leak in the oil pan in the head gasket. My service advisor, Bob, Immediately started asking me questions about my powertrain warranty and when is it expired. He helped me dig into it, even put a call into Toyota for me. Turns out I only had six weeks left on my warranty before it expired. He urged me to take it to Toyota to get covered under warranty because it’s a very expensive fix. Bob just saved me at least $3,000 thousand in repairs because it was covered under warranty!!! He could have chosen to not tell me that he was pretty positive it was covered under warranty, but he did, and that kind of honesty is why I’ll be back and refer all my friends. He was also very upfront about the other things that will need attention soon. When the day comes, I’ll have CB fix those things for sure!

I could not be more impressed, especially as a female in my experience at this repair shop. They even have a courtesy driver who will take you and drop you where you need to go while you wait. I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name, the driver, but she was so pleasant and fun to talk to!

A BIG EVERYTHING

To put it in one word … dependable.
I was frantic; car wouldn’t start while i was out doing errands. One call to CBA is all it took. After troubleshooting problem attempts on the phone, I asked if they could recommend towing company. They contacted tow, who was there in a jiffy. CBA arranged my late day ride home, checked the car, kept me informed, and had me back in my car the next morning.
The staff at the Berthoud CBA is professional and they truly care about their customers.
