We love the YMCA, we go 3-4 times per
Week and our kids are in classes there. Only downfall is we are tired of getting “ruled” to death. There is very few things our kids can do (especially in the pool) without getting yelled at. The slides are NEVER open, we’ve been told our kids can use them after lessons… this has happened once… we’ve also been told this is due to poor staffing, they can’t go in the hot tub - or even out their feet in, can’t use the diving platform even with parents beside them …
Seems like a lot of restrictions given the amount of money we pay monthly for access to amenities at the YMCA.
Staff is very friendly, and encouraging. The facility and equipment are well maintained.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is large, well maintained, and has plenty of pieces of equipment for everyone, the pool and pool area is phenomenal, the classes they offer are wonderful and varied, and most of all - the attitude at the Y is one of positivity and fellowship - I love that!

It's a complete gym experience. Sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, lap pool. Lazy river, it has it all. Love the offered classes, especially TRX!

Facilities are clean, people friendly, and with remodel it's much more pleasant due to absence of children screaming and yelling. Love it!

I think the pool needs a good cleaning.
My husband and I really enjoy working out and attending some of the classes offered. Helps us get going for the rest of the day. Great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. They really seem to love their jobs.
It just works for me. I’m a 79 year old man & I depend on the Y to stay in shape.

Haselwood is clean, modern, has lots of programs, and the staff is qualified and friendly!
the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional providing assistance with everything from lost/found to answering questions about equipment and programs and they always do it w/ a smile. I feel safe in this facility because I see staff walking around the facility helping people and observing.
The facilities are clean, there are things for everyone of all ages to do, the staff is friendly and they take safety very seriously
Great overall
I would like a more reasonable volume in the gym during classes for track walkers, without having to both use headphones and cupping my ears to hear. Thanks
