I love that it feels like a 3rd place - that we get to see our community and friends there. I love that our whole family can go, or that I can go on my own to take time to take care of myself by taking a yoga class, lifting weights or working out on the machines.
The managers and membership staff always go out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Very helpful individuals. Youth staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, too.

My favorite part of the Y-Bremerton is Jesse at the front desk. She is always just super friendly and was the one that signed me up and fixed my account, she has a great mind for remembering people and making them feel seen. She is the epitome of friendly professionalism and I always look forward to being greeted by her when she's there. She sees how often people are there, is encouraging and excited to hear about progress and overall is one of the best front-desk/employees you guys have. -Name removed
I love this place! The workers are friendly and the people who attend are all there to work on their health, the place has an enitre different vibe the the one in Gig Harbor. ;-)

It's a clean well equipped facility with friendly helpful staff.
Very clean, conveniently located for me, good mix of classes/activities, and lastly, quite economical as a senior citizen whose health insurance picks up the tab for membership fees.
Proximity, friendliness, availability of programs.
We used to be a members about 10 years ago and their use of space and aged equipment was a factor in not renewing our membership.
We recently came back and were pleasantly surprised in the modifications that they have made.
They also offer great classes that we take advantage of.

Friendly and mellow
I’ve been swimming at the pool since it opened. It’s, once again, like my home away from home and I love the people like family.

The staff is so friendly! There is a group of people there that come like clock wok. The group classes are amazing!
The facility is clean, the employees are welcoming, enrollment was simple, the classes are wonderful, the instructors are awesome, and participation in any program is healthy, mentally and physically.
It feels so good to do something positive for oneself! Members have a variety of programs - virtual, drop-in, etc. - to choose from. And can use other YMCA facilities.
A bonus, for me, is I love the philosophy of the YMCA, especially helping foster children and people, in general, who just need some community support.
