The Mel Korum Family YMCA is well maintained.
One observation: In the Men's Family Locker/Shower Room downstairs - the shower curtains are showing rust colored stains on the bottoms of all the shower curtains.
I truly appreciate the service you provide to the Puyallup and surrounding areas.

I just joined less than a week ago. My first visit was just a tour and check out the facility. I had my first visit with trying out some exercise equipment using the lap deck with walking. Everybody has been so friendly and nice. Can’t wait to join a couple of the classes

Aquatic instructors for deep and shallow water aerobic are very nice, energetic and make everyone feel welcome.
Would love for the water aerobic classes to go back to an hour! They were shortened for cleaning routines during covid.
I like the Mel Korum Family YMCA because is it close to were I live and the employees are very friendly and always welcome you to the YMCA. When you leave the YMCA all the staff say have a nice evening. IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN I never have to complain about being dirty. I know Sarah works so hard and when she Teaches other employees about cleaning no problem. No one seems to complain about there job it seems to me We are all family and very Welcome.I want to Thank all the workers for keeping a Great Attitude and ALL THE HARD EACH AND EVERYONE DOES. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
My son loved his week of camp so much, that we signed him up for a second week. He did experience some bullying from older kids at camp on a couple of occasions, and I’m not sure it was dealt with in the best way, but overall I think it was a good experience.
Does the pool still close at 2:30 as on the app even though the y is open until 4 pm now?
Variability of exercises. Helpful staff
Staff seemed engaged in the children, even when no one was looking. I noticed a couple times how a staffer would see a child wandering by themselves and would go up to talk to them. It's refreshing to see smiling faces as if they enjoyed being there, not just when a parent was there to see, as if it were for show. Other Ys we've gone to were that way.

The gymnastics program has been amazing for my daughter. The new gymnastics director is amazing! Very grateful to have her there; she's very kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable about the program.
