The whole Y facility is very clean and accessible. There is a wide variety of activities for everyone. It is well-staffed with very friendly , cheerful and helpful people. I love seeing so many people of various ages working out and playing together. It makes working out fun.
Equipment and staff
Best place ever. I love the indoor track. 6 times around = 1 mile. The pools are heated and lanes for laps, or guided exercise. The locker rooms are very clean. There are exercise classes for beginners and those who want more. The staff, whether behind the desk, or out on the floor, are friendly and helpful. I love this place. I wouldn't go any where else.

Yoga and Spin classes; plus Expresso.com bikes; plus weight machines; plus treadmill machines. Oh yes, the upstairs track for walking. Also, the available lockers for storing personal valuables and the convenient bathrooms and locker rooms. Also, a shout out to the friendly staff and class instructors.

Nice people, good exercise. The pool was closed for 2 weeks, bottom of pool still dirty, why.
