The pool is wonderful, the bathrooms are clean and the people are very friendly.
Love the walking route what you can stop if you want and use a machine. Haven’t taken any classes yet who would like to? I’ve seen a few that interests me as I’m walking on the walking path.

Location, facility is always clean. Staff and instructors are very friendly and helpful. As a Senior on a limited budget, I wish the Y qualified under my Medicare Supplement for assistance in paying the Membership fees.

We have had great experiences, and would especially like to identify that the swim team coach, Haven, was very helpful and informative. Our kids went in to swim for her and, while they were not ready for team, she was helpful in suggestions and guidance.
One issue we are having, however, is getting responses. This is a chronic issue with email. Is there a different way to reach out? When visiting the front desk, we are directed to email, but then never get responses.
Haven suggested we reach out to one of the aquatics directors about private swim classes. We got a card from the front desk and did so, no response.
Hearing no response, I emailed the general Gordon membership email to ask about the process for the boys to be able to swim in open lap swim times. No response.
I understand folks are busy, but the inability to get any responses really leaves us hanging and unable to fully utilize our membership.
