I would like the facility to adjust the steam room so that the temperature doesn’t drop the temperature so low. I would like the steam room to maintain the heat.
All of the programming for kids and adults. We love the water aerobics classes and the swim lessons! We have told multiple people to join this Y because it is very family friendly. The staff at the front are also very welcoming!
I like that there is a variety of programs for my child to participate in. The staff is normally helpful and welcoming.

My wife and I really enjoy the Silver Fitness workout on Monday's and Friday's. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun to work with. Britney and Brian are outstanding and their sense of humor is a valuable asset that makes even the more difficult exercises enjoyable. Silver people need it.

How clean your facility is. The skill of your instructors. That you open at 5am. That all are welcome and you cater to all ages and levels. My friends at the Y are like family to me!

First of all the facility looks attractive and well cared for. Then I appreciate that the core programs are included in my membership—swim, yoga, etc. I like that there are all kinds of people too. Young, old, all shades of skin and many languages.
The whole staff from the moment I walk in is super friendly and encouraging. Huge shout out to all the people that help clean the facility. I always see them working hard and super friendly.
100% support the idea of adding a cold plunge or ice bath. I would absolutely pay extra for these benefits! I know we have a lot of firefighters, police officers & military folks that beat up their body everyday at work and this would be a great way to heal up. I can definitely see the registration numbers going up with this added benefit. I don’t think there’s anything within our area that has a ice bath at their facility other than downtown Seattle.

Pam did an excellent job with 9am FITT water class. I like how she incorporated arm weights with core work. Almost like deep water workout. But not! Great job Pam!
Great staff & a variety of classes
The variety of activities for kids is amazing. The only suggestions I would make would be to include the 13 and 14 year old in activities because at this tike there are no activities for that age. The swim report cards are not consistent sometimes I get them after the session so I know of I can go to the next level and sometimes I dont get one. A little more consistency with that and it would be excellent.
