We love the Y! My youngest son does gymnastics level 2 and loves his class/Instructors. We were so happy when this level 2 class started. He has grown so much.
We love the swim lessons too. Both my kids have had great swim coaches so I am confident with their swimming ability. It is great that this life skill is taught. The summer sessions for swim are a favorite. I could really see my kids progress and see their confidence grow.

could improve = Sunday class at noon used to have sculpting/weights but because of a titling issue had to change to dance fitness - would like to see sculpting again.
like about = I love this Y and the classes, especially Sara who teaches the Silver Fit combo M Tu Th.
could improve = during the crowded classes in the gym - it gets very claustrophobic - could you begin limited the class size - and not let people join aft the class has begun - It is disruptive that people come in and go right next to you. Also be limit punching bag during class times - it's very loud above. And sound system is iffy. Thank you.

like about = the group classes are very fun and the instructors and all of the staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I joined 3 months ago I have absolutely no experience with fitness and I have been welcomed and learn and achieved a lot of mobility and strength. Thank you and God Bless you all!
