could improve = Sarah's (only; other instructors don't do this) Silver & Fit classes go late almost 100% of the time, which becomes an issue for those of us on a schedule, since equipment needs to be returned, which can be disruptive. It's also discouraging for those of us who struggle just to get in the planned hour. I signed up for a one-hour class, not a 70-minute class. (She often starts a bit early.) We are struggling as it is; please don make it harder on us. Thx.

could improve = Keep Friday Zumba Gold or easy dance fitness!! This is our only weekday dance that us less active can do!!
like about = Love Zumba Gold class & especially Taz our teacher.
could improve = Several of us would like you to fill that class with a teacher to take Tazz'es place.
like about = Lindy Hop took us right back tot he basics of watercolor. I learned so much. She was patient and knowledgeable.

It feels like a family atmosphere and so many are willing to share information and assistance with questions we have about how to use the machines or getting into a class.
There is plenty of support here so no reason to feel out of place or insecure.

It’s a great friendly atmosphere
Staff are so friendly. The facility is in really good shape. There are a ton of classes and activities offered.
Today there was a lady doing lunges next to the leg press machine. Her phone was sitting on the machine., I walked over to use the machine and she said she was not done yet, even though she was doing lunges with dumbbells. I told her if she’s not on the machine then she’s not using it. She didn’t like that and she said OK you can have it. I’m Itruly sick sick.and tired of people hogging the the machines even though they’re therenot on them. I think it’s time to put out a news newsletter, talking about gym etiquette.
It’s a beautiful, clean, facility. Great people. Everything you need or could want for a healthy life style.

Convenience of child care and wide variety of fitness classes
While I understand, it’s important to have a place for kids to go -the Friday night teen thing it’s just sort of out of control. I’ve chosen not to go to the Y on Friday evenings after work- the kids just hang out around the machines upstairs they’re not really working out- instead of walking or running the track- they r running side-by-side just being kids but it makes it a little harder to go in there and have a serious type of work out as an adult -so I’ll just rearrange my schedule and avoid the Friday teen thing
