I love it here! The staff is friendly and accommodating and the facility is clean, dry and organized. The staff is proactive too to help accommodate my needs. I have two kids enrolled excelling at a different pace and the staff takes that into consideration and tries to find a time that will suit both levels. They did this unprompted which is totally appreciated. Thank you!

The front desk staff are very helpful and supportive about helping my daughter overcome her discomfort with lessons. Several coaches have been very patient and kind with her.

The staff goes above and beyond their communication and the way they love on your LO is what I love most they make sure you are comfortable. Kiddos swim at their own pace they don't push them to do what they can't if they are ready over all since I've started my baby I haven't had any concerns she loves it.

The staff is phenomenal and care so much about the students as well as the environment. The school is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They never have an ‘off’ day.

We go to Emily’s and Sarah’s minnow class. They are both amazing teaching with such patience with the littles. They both do a good job of doing any one on one time if needed and allowing for extra time to practice.

I think there’s a lot of swim programs to choose from, and they all have goals and objectives for the swimmers to reach. What’s different about the Aqua Tots in Berkley is the people. The swim instructors are well trained and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. I believe this has to stem from management, specifically Drea as she is one in a million. Not only does she handle the challenges with ease, she treats every single child who walks through the door as if it was her own. She goes above and beyond and we feel so lucky to have found this special spot, and to be among such wonderful company.

We (mostly my daughter) love her instructor, Savannah, and I’m also impressed with how she handles the other children. She is a great instructor! We also love all the front desk staff. We always feel so welcomed!

It feels like a good safe environment with a comprehensive swim program. I’ve loved all the coaches we’ve encountered - they seem very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. The pricing structure is good. The class availability is good; nice clean facilities. I love the easy and communication, billing and scheduling via the app. The staff has reached out several times to check in and encouraging us to come back when we took a pause and understanding of challenges I had getting my little one comfortable and excited to return

All the instructors are really good with the kids, my kids are making good and quick progress. Everyone is very nice, the installations are super clean and their program is strong on safety

We've been really impressed with the coach and staff. The facility is spotless and thoughtfully set up to make taking an infant swimming as easy as possible. Our child LOVES to play in the pool, and we feel great that she's learning skills that will ensure her safety.

Everyone who has helped us has been very warm and friendly and put our minds at ease. The instructors have all been fabulous and I always feel like my son has eyes on him and that he’s safe. The structure seems very much to be working. Thank you!
