We moved services for all three of our cars to Christian Brothers last year. All are higher mileage cars. We have been treated with nothing but care throughout every interaction and service. We have referred our friends, and they have reported nothing but exceptional experiences. So glad that we made the change to Christian Brothers! The team is great, and I love the coffee and cookies!
The group of guys that work here are passionate about serving clients at the highest level. The courtesy shuttle is a great option if you can’t drop off Earl or need to get back to home or work. Always provide good, better and best options for the service you need as well as send a report that gives you a clear understanding on what is happening with your vehicle. They stand behind their work and give you a warranty that you won’t get from the dealer. They are the only people that will do work on my Cadillac.

This was my first appointment with CBA and I will be going back with our other cars in the future. I was met by professional people ( Colton & Drew ) who welcomed me and their only interest was to make me comfortable while I waited for my oil change. Lexus LS460.
The waiting area was quiet, clean, and the coffee was fresh !
While the car was up in the air they safely called me in to point out that I had a nail in a tire and a few other concerns that were not presented to me in a way that it had to get done now or else. Zero pressure, they were just doing their jobs as professional mechanic's and I appreciated that. I left with the full breakdown & pricing to address some of my other auto issues.
Price's were very fair which we are all concerned about these days. They even have a courtesy car if you live within 10 miles or so.
CBA has my business for sure in the future.

We needed a few things fixed/replaced on or vehicle. Called on Tuesday for an appointment on Friday. They got me scheduled for first thing Friday. After evaluating what was needed they called me letting me know what parts were needed, gave me an "out the door" estimate. Within a matter of hours they called to let me know my vehicle was ready. Everybody was great. When I worked in purchasing and visiting a potential vendor the first thing I did was ask to use the restroom. Be they either dirty or clean I determined it was a direct reflection on how they ran their business and treated their customers. The office and shop were very clean and welcoming. All this to say I give Christian Brothers a 10 on customer service and integrity.
