The Y staffing welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean and updated. Same for the exercise equipment. Don't use the pool, but the folks who do seem pleased. There is something for everybody.

My two children had Mr. Nick and Miss Liz as instructors for swim lessons this summer. Both of the instructors were engaging, fun, and skilled. My two children have learned so much from their weekly lessons. They both are much stronger, confident swimmers. Mr. Joe also filled in several times and did a great job with my son.

It’s my happy place. I don’t take advantage of too many of the things but I do enjoy the bike and my chair yoga class. Everyone there is always smiling and friendly and I’ve made so many new friends over my last nine years.

The instructors for the Boot Camp (Nancy)/Power 40 (Carla) are wonderful. No matter where I see them they always say hello.
With Nancy there was one time that she thought I was having car trouble and she turned around to make sure I was OK. It was actually; I brought a new car and didn't know how all the new bells and whistles worked!
With Carla anytime I am at the Y she always makes me feel very welcomed. She will go out of her way to talk with me and give me a smile. One time I was not having a good day and it was her smile and talking with me that changed my day. She made me feel important.
They are both wonderful instructors. I can't say enough good things about them.
