EVERYTHING! The Sussex County YMCA is, to me, the gold standard of fitness facilities. And, it is so much more than just a fitness center. It's a meeting place and a community center where members feel supported and encouraged in many different ways.

It’s a family environment, where you’re not judged and there's lots of employees to help you reach your health goals!! Everyone is so friendly and happy. I love going to the YMCA, just feels like home😊

You have good quality treadmills. They are sturdier than the kind you find in hotels. They do not bounce around.

May we obtain pool guest passes again for our grandchildren? That was a nice perk you provided in the past.

Convenient, clean, family time.

The exercise classes for seniors and the water classes, as well as the friendly social atmosphere.

Staff is friendly, helpful and always there on time. The pool is beautifully maintained as are the extras- sauna, hot tub and steam room. The people that come to the Y are friendly. I love coming to the Y!!

Everything about the YMCA in Sussex is terrific. Everyone is professional, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

I have been a member of Masters Swimming for over six years—I recently changed Clubs. The coaches are great. There is consistent one-on-one feedback and encouragement. Small group practice with one or two in a lane max. The pool facility is well cared for. Overall, it is a terrific Master's Experience.

My son did his initial lifeguard certification at the WMCA in Wayne two years ago, and said that the facilities in Sussex were much nicer and more modern when he just did his renewal there

It’s my happy place!! Everyone there is so friendly, you never feel judged, and everyone smiles. I don’t like that it takes me 25 minutes to get there, but I push myself because I enjoy seeing all my friends.

Availability to so many classes, a great Wellness Center and the location to our home.

All the classes I take the instructors really LOVE the people that attend and know their names.

Love the aqua aerobics classes especially the ones taught by Saiyeda

The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming when I come in. I like the high ceilings and fans that keep the air circulating. I think it is very clean compared to other gyms I’ve seen. I wish it could be expanded more to allow for more equipment since sometimes I can’t get to some machines.

I find the Sussex County YMCA to provide a robust collection of activities for every member of the family. I mostly use the fitness center, attend some group classes. I have used the pool previously.
I do not need or require any of the other services the YMCA offers but I understand the need for them and support those services.
I have found the local YMCA to meet the needs of a varied range of families and individuals. If nothing else, the Sussex County YMCA has taught me to be more tolerant and accepting of everyone who uses any of the services the Sussex County YMCA offers.
