Family friendly with a variety of classes.
Coming back from a year long injury I just love the people at the Y! I also appreciate the cleanliness of the whole facility. But the very best is Coach Dans smiling face at the pool… and the effort he puts in to keep the pool and pool area sparkling! The lifeguards are friendly as are the staff on the floor of the fitness center!Thank You All!
I like the treadmill and the exercise bikes. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to a friend.

My son loves the science class! He has been doing it for several years now. Counting back from my email receipts, it looks like he is currently taking the class for his 14th time, since 2024. It's his favorite after school activity and he has learned so much! He wants to be an engineer and an inventor and loves learning new things each week and making new friends.

The YMCA is a wonderful place to be able to have new experiences with my family, and do some of the same old routine solo. We can meet new friends around the pool, ping pong tables, or delving into Dungeons & Dragons. Thank you for being a place we feel welcomed to gather and try out new things.
All the programs for all ages that are offered. The staff and instructors are friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean.
Community, big variety of classes and things to do. Great for all the ages of my family.
The steam room is atrocious. It is a small space and easy to clean surfaces. The smallest amount of effort would make the biggest difference.
Please have the lifeguards police the wearing of outside shoes in the sauna. There is a lot of people in the sauna with very dirty, outside shoes.
Other than that everything is great and we appreciate everything you do.
A lot of group exercise programs . Varied and great instructors!

The teacher consistency. The teachers are engaging and will always let you know if your child gets hurt, behavior is off or just doesn't seem themselves ect.

My son enjoys going to after care and always talks about it, and it’s very convenient.
Love they have a designated time frame for kids do their homework. I am so grateful that even on early dismissals I can pick up at the same time. Especially as a single mom. My daughter loves it and sometimes will ask me if she can stay longer and to come and pick her up later. I am so grateful for the staff at the Ogdensburg School. They do crafts with the kids and have achievement awards for them too. They are truly the heros in my book.
Appreciate our trainer and teachers. Machines are generally in good condition.
