Variety is what I love best about the Y. Depending on my mood and energy level, I can always find the perfect exercise for any given day. My family has been going for over 10 years, and we all find something we love. My daughter started recently coming with me, and it's awesome to work out with her, knowing that she understands the importance of staying healthy and fit.

There are a lot of classes and programs offered. Everyone is so helpful and nice. One of the things that always makes me feel welcome is the instructors always thank you for coming to their class.

I am truly comfortable to work out at the ymca gym. The whole facility is kept clean, staff is friendly, and I really enjoy the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend the ymca to any and everyone. Glad Iām a member.

Friendliness of employees and members
I have been a lifelong member of the YMCA and always enjoyed it although I believe there is a lot of room for improvement at the Sussex county YMCA they seem to take better care of the swim teams and special groups then they do just a person who wants to go and take a swim there should be at least one lane open at all times for the regular people who want to swim not totally for every other thing

Great classes and Instructors!
Love the different levels and types of classes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . There is always a smiling face to greet me when I enter! Bathrooms and locker room are clean. The people are so nice and helpful. I really enjoy spending my time working out at my pace. I have not used the pool yet but I know from experience when my daughter swam for the Y and got her lifeguard certification that the pool area and staff are exceptional!
