It was a great opportunity to connect with friends from camp and get excited for the upcoming summer session!
The events, staff and fellow campers create an environment of joy and trust. I always leave emotionally refreshed.
As a 66 year old former camper, counselor and art teacher, I love the getting back to basics vibe of being a part of a friendly and warm community. Sleeping in a cabin, enjoying activities that are timeless yet not a part of my everyday life and meeting new and interesting people are just a great recipe for joy in later years. That I get to do it with dear friends I love while making new and interesting acquaintances just adds to my consistent joy in attending camp.
I attend Womens Wellness Weekends and very much enjoy the environment, activities, peace and quiet, and escape from everyday life.
We had a great time. It was very cold this weekend. When out doors you kept moving. Time went quick. There was enough time indoors to warm up. The food was very good and I think the cabins were in very good shape and warm. Staff was kind, courteous and engaging.
The staff was wonderful-- they exuded joy in what they did. The accommodations were comfortable given that we were in bunks in the winter. Food was good. Nice variety of activities.

My daughter always comes back feeling like it was a good use of her time. It’s nice that she has a comfortable place to get away for a weekend to have fun and spend time being a kid (away from screens!).
It was a really great experience both my son and husband had a blast from the time they started to end. Real fun time so many activities to do and learn! Such a blast!
We had an AMAZING experience at Fairview Lake New Year's Eve Family Camp!! Matt, Julie, Maya, Lia, Haley, and Brendan all did an amazing job and made it such a great experience for our 3 year old (and us)!

Well organized, good variety of activities, good price point for families, heated cabins with bathrooms. We’ve been 6 times with other families, recommend Fairview Lake to anyone who asks about it, and can’t wait to register again!
We Loved that it was family oriented and seeing the Joy and freedom on all of the kids faces as they perused throughout the camp.

Our school enjoys all the opportunities that Fairview Lake has to offer. Schedules are taylor made to the needs of the group and the camp is very flexible in making changes and accommodating all our needs. The instructors are engaging and work very nicely with our middle school students.
The food service is wonderful and everyone has plenty of choices to make for something to eat. The facilities are pristine and welcoming. Our school loves coming to Fairview each September to kick off our school year! Thank you Fairview Lake for another incredible visit!
They work well with the students, fun and educational. My students said this is one of the best trips.
It was an amazing experience for our students - the YMCA Staff at Fairview Lake were exceptional, patient, and engaging with the students which enhanced their experience. They especially loved being able to have other experiences if there was time left - such as visiting the animal farm on campus was a nice treat to the end of the day.

I like how the environment is like stepping back into a previous era—I appreciate cell phones not working and similar. It helps clear the space for kids to be kids and for adults to enjoy themselves without worrying about the many missives they might be getting from back in their regular lives.
The staff is very knowledgeable, super nice and the kids from school always have a great time.
The accommodations are the best a from group, camping setting. Our school LOVES coming there. The activities offered are fun and engaging.
Excellent programs for all ages, experienced guides will abundance of knowledge and knew how to keep the kids attention. Friendly staff from start to finish. Been going for over 10 years and plan to keep going for the next!

The counselors and staff are welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. The programs and activities are well rounded, providing a variety to ensure all children are included and engaged. The kids love the food served in the cafeteria!
