I've been a Y member on/off since I was a child. I got my swim lessons there and my mom regularly attended a spin class where she made many friends. Y members/employees became family friends that were invited to birthdays, graduations, and other family events. I worked at the Y in high school and am now working there to support myself through graduate school. Members have commented on how "we're not like other gyms" because we don't have buff gym bros or tik tok influencers clogging up the gym. We are truly a family friendly gym and help those who just want a good workout!
Our healthy back yoga class feels like the most meaningful group experience we have these days. We totally value Donnas inclusive and thoughtful class.
