Heidi is a great instructor.
How friendly the staff is and helpful all of us are with our fellow exercisers.
I like the smaller venue as compared to the big box gyms. However, I wish you would stay open till 9 pm on Fridays
I love the Tempe Y and in particular, Donna's Healthy Back Yoga class. I never miss it. I also love the water aerobics and am looking forward to them starting up again soon. The Tempe Y is very senior friendly with lots of programs geared to my age group. I live a block from the Chandler Y and drive to Tempe for my exercise.

Friendly, helpful and really appreciate there’s no strict requirements that you have to come to every class. Definitely encouraged to come but all seem to understand there are times I cannot.
I’ve met quite a few people in the classes I take and even saw a friend from the past and her son and we are reconnecting.
The staff is very friendly. It's not too crowded. They have what I need to do my workout..
The only thing I would complain about is one of the TVs does not have the captions on it. I'm sure it could be done easily and I hope they will turn them on because sometimes I'm looking at something interesting but there's no sound and no caption so I can't understand what it's about.
It’s easy to access, it isn’t too crowded, and the staff and people using the gym are very friendly. The Y is very senior friendly, all the equipment is kept in good condition and that makes a difference for me. I have recommended the Y to all my friends— they accept Silver Sneakers too. A great place for a great workout!
