Excellent! Staff are so friendly. I love swimming laps in your chilled Olympic pool. It would be nice if there were a few more showers in the ladies locker room that had more volume of water stream difficult to get your hair rinsed well.
Great experience, friendly staff! The Y has everything I need for my workouts.

The YMCA has given my kids the opportunity to be involved in sports and on a team for a low cost. I have been able to refocus on myself utilizing the gym while my kids attend sports practices.
Very reasonable rate for El Mirage residents and open pretty good hours. Gym equipment is great, and there’s always been at least one of the machines I like available right away every time I've gone. I love that I can take my kids to the play place while I work out for no extra charge!! And they love going there!
We've just finished intermediate swim lessons for my 7 year old, and I love that they're having free water safety lessons and plan to go with my 4 year old. The Northwest Valley YMCA has been a wonderful experience so far! I only wish I had taken advantage of it sooner!

The staff is exceptional. They are attentive, friendly and they keep a safe environment. The facility is always very clean. Checking in is easy and quick.
My son loves playing volleyball at the Y! The team has been a positive experience and we really enjoyed a volleyball clinic hosted by Lord. If there were more clinics available we would definitely sign up.
Staff is friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I also like that it is never too crowded that I have to wait to use machines/stations.

I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff. They do have issues with the AC but they are working on it, it's the city's problem. The equipment is good and if it breaks down it's fixed in a timely way..
Exercise groups for seniors are excellent and the staff is lovely, both those leading the groups and staff at the front desk.
I love the workout classes, all the family/child events and how friendly everyone is. The workout equipment is in good condition. I love the El Mirage discount as well since I would not be able to afford a membership otherwise. Thank you for all you do for the community!
The people who work there are always pleasant and professional. Ready to help if you need a hand with something.

It is close by. Also it is open on Sunday.

Patty who is there every morning always greets everybody and knows their names when they walk through the door. They have a very clean gym and all employees are very accommodating to everyone. The Y is a very pleasant place to be.
