Classes offered. Variety of equipment. As a senior and a snowbird, I like that I can use my Silver Sneakers for membership. I like that I can bring my adult daughter as a guest when she visits us for a week.

I have been exercising with the Senior's Group for several years. I love our group leaders, Mavis and Jeff , and I enjoy exercising with my YMCA Family!

It's close to home and has all the machines I deed to get a good workout. Not busy at 1:30pm in the afternoon on weekdays which fits my schedule.

The group of people in the AOA circuit, the front desk team & my trainer, Jenna. Damien encouraged me to attend a class (AOA circuit) the first day I joined. People who attend are helpful. It’s a safe place to work out. Love my friends there-grateful!
Greg, Emily, Alex, and the other front girl, I can't remember her name, are all very awesome and friendly. The weekend part time young men are also very accommodating. We are snow birds and always enjoy seeing them when we return for the winter. Love coming to the Farnsworth Y! Keep up the great work!
