I have participated for many years in the 8am M-W-F circuit exercise group. The class started in the large room downstairs and was moved upstairs last year. Mavis and Jeff are our dedicated leaders and deserve recognition for all their efforts. I have also participated off and on in Zumba, Silver Sneakers, and summer swim exercise classes. I enjoy the YMCA facilities, but the main reason I continue attending are the fun, friendly people in my classes
and the instructors. I call them my "YMCA Family". The added First Friday Bingo and the newly craft day only add to the enjoyment!
I would really enjoy a Silver Sneakers class at 8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then I will come daily.

Location and amenities
Friendly staff. Jeri's a fantastic instructor in my silver sneakers class.
Not overly crowded x lots of options to work out. Equipment is in good shape and most people wipe down the equipment once they are done.
