I thoroughly enjoy the classes that I have been going to regularly. I don’t like to workout, but have found fun classes that keep me attending. The instructors are excellent. I’ve made acquaintances in each of my classes.
When you enter the building, there is always someone at the desk that greets you in a friendly manner.
I am enjoying the Y experience.

Classes are challenging, I love the pool and water aerobics.
Everyone is friendly. There are plenty of exercise machines and the facilities are clean. And you can't beat the price especially if you are a veteran because of the discounts.

I had been away for awhile due to cancer treatment However, I am back now and gradually will resume a full schedule. Love Lori's class at the church hall. Very intense and yet, fun.
