It’s a great facility offering classes for everyone and yet can work certainly on your own. The drawback of this facility is it is way too small for all the use it gets.
The senior AOA classes are terrific. Not so crazy about your friday class. Sorry but the instructor does not do a full body workout. Walking around the gym in a circle does not much for me and many comments have been made. Wish you offered a good alternative.

Water aerobics very much to my liking. Wish the water warmer; particularity if outside temps aren’t in the fifties.
The facilities are clean and easy to access. The staff is friendly.
The staff, the classes, and members are treated like they are at a premium club. Hours of operation are fantastic. The trainers do a great job so everyone gets a top notch workout. The ymca is always doing something to improve the community and quality of life no matter what…we are all important.
If you are new to the area it’s a great place to meet people. This facility enhanced our move to Cave Creek AZ, my husband and I are very happy we joined.
The entire staff is awesome. They respond to questions immediately. The facility is very clean and they run surprise medical codes for the staff to respond decisively.
I love the variety of opportunities offered: classes, trainings, ability to donate to local causes.

There is something for everyone there, and everyone has been very welcoming.
Our instructor Laurie is fabulous..........always in a good mood and such a motivator feeling our pain as she does all the exercises with us. Her music is always different and lively. It amazes me how she remembers all of our names! I started taking the chair yoga and felt that it was working a whole new set of muscles. The people in the classes are very personable and interesting to get to know. I enjoy seeing them daily. The proximity of the class location is so convenient for me that I have no excuse not to go!

I like the small size of the gym compared to other gyms in the area. You recognize the people. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I love the staff and employees that work there.
I play pickle ball and the work out. The physical trainers are great Mike and Jenn especially. The pickle ball people are really nice and fun to play with. The Y is also located about five minutes from my house so the location for me is great. My wife enjoys the exercise classes and is there about four days a week.

I like the enthusiasm and encouragement the cycle instructors, Jen and Deb, have. I have made good friends that will last a lifetime at the Y.
We like the sense of community, the focus on kid friendly activities and the cleanliness of the weight room itself. I also like that it is very rare a piece of equipment is not working which is important to me.

People at the front desk are friendly. The locker rooms and equipment are clean. It has good hours of operation.

It’s always there for me ie, if I’m bored at home I can go there to work out on the varied equipment, attend one of various classes or swim to mention just a few options. I just love it!

Always greeted with a smile and hello at the front desk! Unlike a typical gym, the YMCA provides a safe, sincere facility that isn't focused on just making a profit by hiring unskilled employees. I appreciate all that the Y has to offer and hope the leaders continue on the current path.
