They updated their fitness gym equipment so it’s improved greatly over the last year. They have most equipment that would complete with local gyms but it gets busy at certain times and requires patience. They have great staff that get to know you by name and are always supportive and helpful. There’s a strong community feel and commitment to helping family heath, youth development and many other programs. They maintain it and it’s always clean. I highly recommend this facility.

Very friendly service
I've been to many gyms over my 76 years, but the Y is the best. It's not geared for competition but individual workouts at any level. There are people of all ages and ability levels working weights, iincluding me. I don't feel people look down on me
I've only had one session with her, but Stephanie is a great trainer. She didn't have an agenda but worked with me on what I wanted, which was correcting a few things I was doing.
I've never been in a gym that is so clean. I haven't seen the man who sweeps and cleans lately, but I've always admired his diligence. I hope he is still around.
I have trouble breathing and have stayed away from classes for that reason. My husband is 87 and failing mentally and physically. He played racquetball before COVID-19 but lost everything in the hospital during the epidemic. Now he comes to the Y and does a little routine. It is his only time out. Thank you for being there for him.

It has everything you would want. Well equipped gym pool many classes to choose from and excellent child care.

So enjoy the group classes. Instructors are motivating and create a safe environment. Have developed friendships with exercise buddies too!
All the class instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable. They really care for their students and become familiar with each one of them
