The staff have continually been friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and pleasant with many choices. I really enjoy the lap pool.
Mostly done yoga with Pam. Helped people get to Silver Sneakers & Elder's Prom (last but one). Had Health issues but getting back into training. YOPAS helped with transport, visits & pvt co. 'Fun ride with Beth' to airport & back home as I have had challenges! Also worked for YMCA in Colorado Springs as well as done much volunteer work in past. I like that the Y is close to home so easy for me to get there. I like the gym equipment, classes and the people I deal with there.
