Classes and friendly
It’s low key. Not too many people. Most people are nice. Sometimes I do think the cell phone use is getting out of hand. It slows up the workout for everyone. Waiting on machines, benches ext.
The pool is great, quiet gym
Water aerobics and lap swimming. The Y has the best water aerobics classes and instructors. Molly and Valerie are great instructors and leaders! Highly trained and educated instructors ensuring a beneficial workout.
Clean, well-equipped, and affordable. I greatly enjoy the water aerobics and would like to see more classes on the schedule.
I like the different programs & friendly environment. Above all, I enjoy the exercise programs from cardio, strengthening, yoga & friendly game of pickle ball & basketball. It’s a very happy place for me to do what I need to do to maintain a good mental, spiritual & physical fitness. It also helps to have very knowledgeable & caring instructors that contribute to overall wonderful experience. And appreciate a clean facility, workout equipments & restroom. Happy to recommend this facility to anyone. Al

Teachers are excellent.Staff is very helpful and courteous.
They updated their fitness gym equipment so it’s improved greatly over the last year. They have most equipment that would complete with local gyms but it gets busy at certain times and requires patience. They have great staff that get to know you by name and are always supportive and helpful. There’s a strong community feel and commitment to helping family heath, youth development and many other programs. They maintain it and it’s always clean. I highly recommend this facility.
