Just a great place
Variety of members and especially the senior population of members- SilverSneaker fitness program. I feel very much at home at the Ahwatukee YMCA.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We are using the Y for daily exercise. The machines there are sufficient in use however if feels like there are more machines needed as when we are there, its very busy and seems to get over crowded even in the early mornings.
Great selection of work out machines , very clean and friendly stafff.
The classes, fitness instructors and application are all fantastic! They make it easy to return to the gym!

My trainer, Carol Douglass is amazing. She is helping me utilize my membership by teaching me things I want to learn about - the machines....and she introduces me to more things than I asked to learn about - she answers lots of general questions and if she doesnt know the answer she finds someone who does know. It has been great - love the location and feel of the Ahwatukee Y.
Everyone who works there is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. And, everyone I meet at the Y is pleasant and happy.

The lap pool being open year round and staffed with lifeguards. Excellent, clean facilities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I think the instructors are knowledgeable and caring. I do aqua fit at your facility. This is the only place I have found that has class 5 days a week and shallow and deep water. Keep up the good work

Everyone is friendly from the staff to other gym members. The Y is always so clean and I love the communication about the gym especially the basketball court.
Great set of equipment, well maintained, very friendly, very large rooms, beautiful lap pool, best gym I have ever been in
I swim laps in the outside pools. I feel confident, safe and secure while swimming due to the life guards on staff. The water is clean and the pool is well maintained. I also like the bathing suit spinner in the locker room - it’s a plus.

The other members help to form a great community and the staff has always been welcoming and helpful. The fitness classes and child care are great bonuses as well.
