I love the classes. I wish tho that the instructors did not play the music so loud. It's often hard to hear the instructor, the music is bad and not motivational or relaxing.

Ahwatukee y is great. My only complaint is that a fair number of people get on a machine and then whip out their phone and hang out while others wait.

I love all the classes. The teachers are great, experienced and prepared. I feel they are successful in helping us seniors stay in shape. They always remind us to listen to our bodies and adapt any exercises to our level.
