Our dog has a lot of energy, so it's great that he get so much play time during the day. The staff was also very friendly. The webcams are also nice, so we can see how he's doing during the day from time to time.

The staff is wonderful! Love the fact that the cameras are available for peace of mind. My pup loves to play and make friends. The only downfall is that at times the cameras are down and my 9 month is out with the bigger dogs. It would be wonderful if there was an outside area for the cooler months. Fresh air is always good for them, mine loves to sun bath!
Loved the ability to see my pup play throughout the day and when I saw an issue they quickly addressed it (pup was afraid of the door lol). They also kept me in the loop with my pup’s progress. My pup had a blast and we will definitely be back.

I love how friendly everyone is. They make you feel like family! I was worried being a first time dog daycare user but once I talked to the staff and had access to the dog cam, my worries were eased!

The new facility in Byron Center is beautiful. So clean, very friendly staff. I love being able to check in with the webcams to see Baxter having fun with his friends.
