I love that any employee I speak with is not only friendly and upbeat, but truly knows my dog. They are honest when I ask “How was she today?” and will usually throw in a funny story. I appreciate the fact that I can login and watch Keylee on the webcam at any time during the day. This was especially comforting when we boarded her there for a week last summer. The thing I love most is watching how happy and excited Keylee gets the morning of daycare when we tell her “you’re going to Camp Bow Wow today!” That alone tells me how much she loves it there!
Convenience when booking, friendly staff
Zoe always does the grooming on my Phin and does a beautiful job. Amanda always comes to my home when I need my furr babies taken care of. I trust both of them with my kids and so thankful they are a phone call away. Thank you!!
The associates are easy to talk with and willing to help with pet owners and pets.
My dogs have enjoyed being at Camp Bow Wow and they have been treated very well.
The entire place is very clean, and I don’t think thats the dogs keeping it that way! (Thank you!)
I like that the dogs are put into small groups by size ranges. Also, they aren’t not left without supervision!
I like that you all offer ‘spa’ treatments, ie, baths, blow dry or not, nail clips and filing, among other services.
When I leave them overnight, I feel that they are secure and happy, even though, they are away from home.
One thing that could be improved is the ‘pet cameras’ and the internet. I have yet to see my dogs on camera except in the waiting area. I can’t get the Camp Bowwow Ap to work.
I feel that the services offered are fairly priced!

Easy drop off when we need to go out of town on short notice for the day. Excellent care for our dog. We can watch the camera for the play area that our dog is in. All the staff members are very friendly.

We love our Camp Bow Wow SC family! They are so good to our Lil man Curry and are even pulling him out of his shell. All the counselors are so nice and welcoming and always update us on how our boys day was.
We also love the ease of just some of services they offer- baths, nail trim, Bordetella vaccine. We can drop Curry off in the am, and he's all good to go with anything he needs when we pick him up in the afternoon.
Thank you so much Camp Bow Wow San Clemente- not sure what we (and Curry) would do without you! :)

My dog Oso absolutely loves coming to Camp and socializing with all the pups and staff. I have been very satisfied with the services and kindness of the staff.
