I love the customer service in flower mound; I love the people, but most of all I love the way my dog runs into the facility instead of trying to avoid. I do wish I received receipts and statements.

Being off leash is necessary and great exercise, but it's "anything goes" at most dog parks. We appreciate your expert supervision and, if warranted, correction!
I love that the camp counselors know my dog. They know his personality and what he likes. They know because they interact with him. When he was sick, they sent a get well card. It's so comforting to know they really and truly care.
My dog absolutely loves camp bow wow. She gets so excited when we show up which is a testament to how much fun she has each day there. The live webcams give me peace of mind throughout the day and are fun to watch. My only complaint is I paid $20 for the photo shoot enrichment thinking I’d get a few fun photos and they only gave me one photo. Feels like I should’ve gotten more photos for that price. Enrichment aside, camp bow wow is really a great establishment that puts dogs first and I will continue to bring my dog there.
I love how much fun my dog has whenever she goes to doggy daycare. I get pictures of her playing and she is tired out when she gets home. The owner treats all of the dogs like his own, and the whole staff is just terrific. We also board our dog with Camp Bow Wow whenever we travel. We know she’s in great hands!
I like that when I come in, everyone knows my pup by name! She’s always so excited to come to camp, and is very tired when she comes home which is always a nice bonus. I also love being able to watch her play on the cameras during the day! It’s a nice pick-me-up while I’m at work!
