I like that Camp Bow Wow has Doggie Daycare in addition to full boarding services. Grooming is available, and various activities are offered. The staff all are friendly and seem to really care a lot about their canine guest.
What I like most of all is that my dog, who was scared to death the first time we took her, is now always eager to get out of the car and get inside to play with her doggie friends. She only goes once or twice a week, but I know she would be happy to go daily.

The staff at camp bow wow are amazing. My dogs have been there for daycare a few times when we lived in Delray. We recently moved to Royal Palm and needed a place to board them for 4 nights, we toured places close to home and we didn’t feel comfortable with anywhere, so we decided to make the drive to Boca for them to board there. Our dogs enjoyed their stay and enjoyed playing all day with the dogs. I love that I can check in on them through their cameras. They were having trouble with their air so they couldn’t stay in the luxury suite(it has cameras too) so we were kind of bummed but we completely understood and we’re so grateful at how communicative the staff was the whole weekend. We recommend them to any friends and family needing daycare or boarding services.

The owners are genuine, friendly and care of the wellbeing of the animals. I say animals because it is only rumored that they support a feral cat colony near their property. I dare say they also care on the wellbeing of their clients. The additional staff is friendly and adequate.
CBW Is spotless clean, I have watched them scrub floors, the building is new and in perfect condition.
The cancel rules are flexible when life gets in the way of a reservation.
The owners will.comminicate via call or text with an issue.
The owners take action when a dog is too aggressive or their is a behaiour problem. They will try for a solution however when an aggressive or a dog got up on the wrong side of the sofa they are politely asked to go home.
I have zero, absolutely zero complaints. I am a lifer, a world wide dog daycare user and this is the only place the only model of care I am willing to use. It's mostly based on customer service, cleanliness, the dogs activity and how tired the are at the end of the day.

The staff is the best! I can always trust them to take the best care of my pup, Denali. He always comes home exhausted after daycare.
Denali has a very dominant (sometimes unruly) personality and they pay attention to his needs so he can have a successful, fun day playing with his friends!
What a wonderful experience for your pup to go to the El Cajon Camp Bow Wow location. Connie, Mark, Christina, Amber, Kyle and many others help to make this happen. They also have really fun projects for the pups to take home and great pictures are provided on Instagram as well as your cell phone. Our Millie Mae loves Camp Bow Wow and her counselors provide a caring and safe environment. She's been attending since she was a baby and every time she goes, it's like the first day - excited to see her besties (Jasper is one of them). Thank you for being available 24/7 with great drop off/pick up hours (7a-7p). Prices are very reasonable. Come check this location out and see what a fun experience it will be for your pup (and you)!
We think our dog loved it. He wasn’t stressed when he came home and we were so happy to have the cams to know he was doing great. Staff is so friendly too.

My Dog's lady and midnight love being there when we were gone , they had plenty of things to do, and when they got home they were very tired from all the fun, plus any time I wanted to see how things were going with them I just looked on my phone to see how much fun they were having , it is so nice that they have cameras so I can see how things are going with them no matter where I am... thanks for your care
