Our dog looked like she had a great time, and was happy and clean when we picked her up!
My dog, Decker, had several very bad experiences and injuries at his former boarding house. I feel that the old boarding house did not handle these situations very well. Because Decker was injured (several times and serious injuries) at that boarding house, and because of the indifference of their staff, I had to look for a new day care/boarding facility.
And because of those bad experiences, I am extremely nervous to leave Decker anywhere. Your staff put me at ease. I was close to tears when your staff took Decker to the play area, tears from being so scared. They were so comforting. They explained the ENTIRE assessment process to me. They let me watch Decker on the CCTV. They were very kind to me and more importantly, to Decker.
When I picked Decker up a few hours later, they gave me details on how he reacted & behaved. They let me know in detail how they handled each situation.
Decker is not a typical Malinois. His feelings get hurt easily. (I know that sounds odd!) Your staff treated him so well & took such good care of him. I appreciate so much all of the time they took with us. Thank you, thank you so very much! We look forward to coming back!
When people ask where Henry goes to day care, I am very clear that Camp Bow Wow is the best! My daughter and I found CBW 5 years ago, after her dog had a bad experience at another day care. I did some research, we checked out a few places. But once we went to CBW - there was no question! The fact the campers had to be interviewed was the first big plus. Then cameras in all the play areas. That just showed confidence in their care.

Friendly staff.
Staff is super friendly and open to any questions or feedback. They show enthusiasm for the pups and are very responsive. I love being able to check in on the cameras and always see them playing!
Services are consistent over time.
Very friendly and caring staff! Clean areas for the dogs. My dog always looks forward in going to camp and always sleeps for a few days after which is a good sign knowing that she has a fun time!

Camp Bow Wow Las Vegas has been a great way for us to enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer with the assurance of a safe place for our four-legged family member. The staff is attentive, the facility is top notch, and it could not be more convenient to the Strip. Between the camp-cams and detailed notes at pick up, we know that he's been cared for and had a blast.

Staff is always so friendly and caring. They genuinely care about our dog and sad to see her leave. Our dog always comes home very tired from all of the playtime.

Everyone is very nice and attentive to both the dogs and dog owners. My dog wouldn't eat and Jackie detailed how they tried different ways, but he was still hungry when we got home. It was no surprise that he acted like that and I appreciate them trying. He was happy and felt well when I picked him up. I've had experiences at other boarding situations where he was "spooked" for a couple hours after picking him up. So, I know he had a good time at Camp Bow Bow!
We've been bringing our dog to CBW for over 7 years. We've experienced the full-range of services from Behavior Buddies to Boarding. She never balks at going through the gate, but instead jumps up as if to say "I'm here to play"! I think that tells the story.

The staff is friendly and really cares for my fur baby. Their prices are reasonable and their facility is clean.
The staff is so loving and caring to the dogs that stay there. The ease of making reservations and updates and reminders about upcoming vaccinations. The cleanliness of the facility. We love the extra add ons such as snuggle time and a bath before pick up. Also noticed there is not a big turn over in staff whisk shows the employees are treated well and taken care of. Would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for boarding or day care for your fur baby

I like it because my dogs like it, and I feel they’re being well taken care of through out the day and night. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive for 2 dogs.
