The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They love all the doggies that come in, and it shows! The price is reasonable in my opinion.

I always enjoy the friendliness of the staff here. Everyone remembers my dog and says he’s the best even though I know he’s a maniac and it just makes me so happy that they’re so accommodating when he just needs to run.

Bleu & Duck get greeting by name. It feels like family. I like that they can keep the staff consistent. That means people like working here. We love it too. (Duck is an anxious frenchie and they have the patience for him which is appreciated)

Camp Bow Wow in Hoover Al, is an outstanding place for your pets to visit! I took my Solomon (Golden Doodle) who weighs 75 lbs in for grooming. We were greeted by 3 smiling people who loves pets! Oh, my Solomon looks so handsome with his complete redo! Bath, haircut, nails the works! It’s been almost a week and he still smells so fresh and clean! Camp Bow Wow is a fantastic place for my dog Bella! She absolutely loves going, often pulling me through the door with excitement. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and I always have peace of mind knowing she is in the best of hands.

Extremely friendly staff. We know our dog is well taken care of whether she is boarding overnight or for daycare.

When I check on the Webcam I can see the dogs are well cared for. Quick supervision of any tussles and clean up of messes. Employees are also very helpful and polite They seem to enjoy their job.

All of the staff are so friendly and you can tell they really love the dogs. My dog, Callie, gets so excited when she gets to camp!

2 Major things.

1. the Security that the staff is trained in various Emergency life saving practices

2. If I am feeling I am missing the girl(Auzzie), the Camera is great way to help relieve that.

Some Minor things:
Not requiring a Booking the day of a drop off for day care. This allows some great flexibility
The Staff seems to be quite caring and careful with the dogs.

My dogs are so happy going into daycare AND boarding. They do not do that everywhere. It’s proof of how much they love camp.

All the employees I interacted with were enthusiastic and knowledgable. I felt reassured leavin my dog in their care, and knew he would have a great time - which he did! I trhink I spent his entire stay watching him on the webcams.

Staff at check in were very friendly and helped us quickly!

We have used Camp Bow Wow across the country while traveling in our motor home. It has provided us the freedom to go to museums and events we would otherwise missed because dogs are not allowed (and shouldn't be!). Winston recognizes where he is because of the consistent design and is eager to join the furry friends. On this occasion Camp Bow Wow allowed us to attend NASCAR weekend knowing Winston was in good hands.
