I thought the facility was clean and well maintained. I liked the cabins with cots off the floor as my dog does not like to lie on the floor. The trainer who interviewed me and my dog was very thorough and compassionate about my adopted shelter dog's unknown past. She asked good questions and really wanted to know my pet. I liked how my dog was introduced cautiously to the other dogs one at a time until she was with quite a few dogs and doing well playing with them.

Availability and how nice everyone is.

I took our dog there one time as a new client to see if she will pass the test required which she did. Will schedule the Welcome to the Pack 3 full days of camp special for $140.00 .before her 8 days boarding in December. Will schedule the three full days of camp some time this month after she goes to the vet for her next visit.

Great place to take your loved one for daycare or sleep away. The only daycare I trust with my loved one 🐕 The staff is great and incredibly helpful and really really nice.

My little guy gets bored when home alone too long (ok really it’s me feeling guilty lol).
The staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. They welcome him when he comes in, and say goodbye when I pick him up. He’s always happy to get to Camp Bow Wow, run in the door and get their attention. I’m very fussy who he stays with, and I totally trust them to care for him.

To say Theo loves camp bow wow is an understatement! The excitement he gets when we even go near that area makes us laugh, but also really happy. Knowing that he likes going there makes it easier to do him off. But as much as he loves it so do we!! Heidi and her staff go above and beyond and treat each dog like they’re their own. I will never take my dog anywhere else and I tell anyone who ask that this is the place to go! Take your dog here and trust me they’ll love you forever!

My dogs LOVE Camp Bow Wow Hudsonville!! I don't trust many people with my dogs, but Camp Bow Wow truly takes the time to get to know each individual dog and works to make sure each dog has a safe and fun experience.

Customer service is always fantastic!

You don’t have to sign up for a ‘plan’. I don’t need to bring my dog in every day some weeks, but some weeks I do and there’s no penalty for it.

The staff at Bow Wow keeps my pup engaged and happy as she plays with other pups and the humans. My pup always has a good time and is well cared for, whether for daycare or boarding. I feel my dog gets excellent care and that she is treated as if she were their own.

Camp counselors do a great job. Easy to use the website for reservations. A very nicely managed operation.
