After visiting two other doggie daycare and boarding facilities, we knew Bow Wow was the place for our little Dommy. The staff are wonderful! They're very attentive and professional and made us feel comfortable with leaving our fur baby in their care. No other facility was willing to give us a tour of their facility or where our little one would be housed, or the play area. Bow Wow is very organized in all aspects of the services they provide, 1/2 day or full day camp, boarding, training, and grooming. They have no problem taking you on a tour of the facility and answering any questions or concerns.
Since it was our first time using the day camp and overnight boarding, we were very happy they provided an App for a webcam which allowed us to view our little one when we were missing him or just needed to know how he was interacting with the other fur babies.
Our baby has never been around other dogs before this visit. He was exhausted when he got home, but was better behaved than before his time at Bow Wow. We think he was bored before attending Bow Wow which resulted in him destroying any toy or pillows we provided, within a few hours. We bought him a new doggie pillow and a few chew toys after he got home. It's been almost a week, and he hasn't destroyed either of them! We're looking forward to his next visits which will help more with his socialization and alleviate his occasional boredom.

I appreciate that they interview the dogs. This tells me that this is not a dog warehouse, but a safe environment. As we are new to Castle Rock it’s great to find a fu safe place when we can’t take our dogs with us.
Everyone who works there seems to genuinely love the pups! My dog SPRINTS to the front door he loves it so much! I love that you can watch your furbaby on the Camper Cams!

My dog Riley has been going to camp Bow Wow regularly on Wednesdays for six years and he has boarded there several times for two or three weeks at a time. He has no problem letting me know when he doesn’t want to do something and can be quite stubborn at times. However he is always willing and happy to go to Camp Bow Wow and (that wasn’t true at the first facility I took him to) and that is the most important thing to me.

Your staff is always welcoming and immediately engaging with our pups upon arrival. This reinforces our sense of comfort and security with their stay. We recently had to drop them off for an unscheduled 12 day boarding and you accommodated kindly. 2 suggestions for issues:
We often have some difficulties seeing live streaming as your cameras buffer often and your lobby does have a consistent strong urine odor. Otherwise, it’s a great place for them to board and interact with other pups. We do wish there was an outdoor play yard to get fresh air, especially on long stays.
I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and detail that the employees showed to Molly at our interview. I’m so excited we found a new play/boarding home for her.

This was our first time using Camp Bowow for our 3 yr old Jack Russell and 11 yr old Retriever mix, and they boarded for 11 days. We were impressed with the interview process and the employees. Once we checked our kids in, we monitored the video feed many times a day and were so impressed with the amount of time the staff interacted with the dogs. Will DEFINITELY recommend Camp Bowow to anyone who’s loves their dogs.

I have a young dog who needs socialization and I have brought her for day camp at Camp Bow Wow Parker several times. I have watched the web cam (which I love) and can see that she is getting along with the other dogs. She always comes home happy (and tired - which is good).
My dog is always so excited to go to daycare! She whimpers excitedly all the way in the car ride & jets through the door to gain access to play with the other dogs. We have been very satisfied & have recommended it to friends.
The staff cares about the dogs and they are sooo creative in how to engage them in learning and fun.
