The photo was not clear. There was a reflective look to the satin sash that made it look like it was not professionally processed

I ordered a photo of my daughter from her college graduation at a discount. When the frame arrived with the photo the frame was damaged. I contacted the sender by email and immediately a replacement was being processed. I received a replacement a little under a week later. The photo and frame look amazing. I am very happy and satisfied!

With each purchase, you should be allowed a digital download of some sort. Prices are extremely high for what little you get.

Picture quality was nice!

I have not received the package

I paid for touch up on my pictures. It did not occur. I am very disappointed. I sent emails and a ticket was created and then closed. To make it right you could have the digit and 8x10 touched up like it should have been for me. You offered no solutions

Less expensive

The quality of the prints were exactly as described in the online order description. The prints arrived very quick and were packaged so prints were protected from any damage. We were pleased with our purchase.

Too expensive and not enough variety in the packages

I haven’t received my digital download photos and my order was $160!

There was a good variety of packages available including one that was exactly what we needed.

Prices are too high and photos weren't the best quality. A download should be cheaper than a print copy.

Also, a few of the photos that were in my folder were not me at all.

Subject is slanted in the photo

The photos were not clear. 🙁

The annoying moving copywrite prevented me from ordering additional prints. The moving over the photos was horrible and made it hard to actually see the photos. If you are that worried about someone stealing the photo put something over the chest ir something but the scrolling was terrible!!

When you ship the photos protect them. Mine were rained upon and when I opened the package there needed to be more layers protecting the pictures.

The pictures was very slanted.

Lighting was not good at all. Photos looked very amateurish. Color was overly yellow.

Disappointed in your work

The cost for photo purchase is too steep

We received our prints today and I was very disappointed in one pose and print. I felt the print was too dark due to the light and had I know what it would have looked like printed I never would have purchased. I appreciate you being on the floor capturing the shots all parents (mom's) want of their kids accepting their degree certificates. I think you for that! I'm hopeful spring ceremony pictures will be much clearer and brighter.

I was very happy with my graduation pictures from my college graduation from Hocking College on December 10 2022. The pictures where crystal clear. I have already put them in a frame and they will be a reminder of my achieving my degree and completing a lot of hard work.

There was no banner at the bottom of the photo marking the school and date of commencement. I have 3 other grads that do . Very disappointed. Is it that hard or expensive to maintain uniformity. I now have to find someone to fix it for me.
