Everything seems very organized and coaches/players are held to a high standard when it comes to sportsmanship. Only constructive feedback I would give is that it is a beating playing club teams on what should be a "rec" type of level. The games go by too quick, no real skills are learned and it is a beating on the other player's self-esteem. Club teams should play club ball.
My granddaughter has truly enjoyed playing Volleyball with the Waxahachie YMCA this Fall. She is looking forward to continue playing with the YMCA. This was an awesome experience and choice we made.
Delma!! As a coach, having a commissioner that is responsive and solution-oriented is a great thing. It’s a luxury that keeps us signing up for Waxahachie YMCA programs
The Y allowed my team the ability to learn, practice, and play even though when we started we had zero experience. The Y has made excellent hires in the reffs and has been an enjoyable experience! This has allowed not only my team but also myself build to our self esteem. I appreciate all the hard work that has gone into the YMCA sports programs especially the volleyball program. Thank you.
Management is available and easy to talk to if there was a problem.

The staff has been quite friendly. I used to work for the YMCA while I attended Midwestern State University so I feel like i'm coming back home after being gone for so long. I love that the classes come with the membership and I look forward to getting in shape, mentally, spiritually and physically. Thank you for working with me.

Instructors are always polite, friendly and helpful. Our girls love the pool and learning.
All the coaches were very friendly, and encouraging of the kids throughout the entire experience. Each coach was very communicative and gave constructive feedback on the strengths and challenges of each of my children. I feel the overall experience was engaging and helped to develop safety and skills for being in and around the water.
