Very pleased with the center and my experience there is always pleasant. I feel safe there in the parking lot and the staff is very friendly focused on customer service. I'm greeted each time I train and they are very helpful.

The Y is a second home for its members. This can be attributed directly to Diddy Fulbright, Director. The Y is always clean, friendliness and courtesy of the staff members. The staff members, including Diddy, know everyone by name, what classes we attend, and always professional and caring. Have been a member for many years. My Niece and Nephews do soccer and basketball at the YMCA…..they love the coaches, families are nice and a lot of friends were made.

I am not that happy with the cleanliness of the Y. Seems like the night crew must not be cleaning.
I will be happy when the remodel is complete. I like to swim and shower at the Y, but have changed my routine as it is too crowded and inconvenient now.

I like the ability to workout on my own or join a class. Love the pool and new updates that are coming up at Town North. Not to mention a relaxing spot to grab a cup of coffee and wind down after working out in a nice environment. My happy place!
The staff is very friendly, the hours are perfect for my schedule, and my kids LOVE taking coach Dan's swim lessons!

I have been a member, employee and/or volunteer at Y's in Indiana, Georgia, New Jersey and Texas, and this is one of the best.
The staff and the members are VERY FRIENDLY!! And VERY SUPPORTIVE!!
It’s clean and comfortable.
Friendly staff. Clean equipment and exercise area very well organized. Not too busy, even on a Friday - plenty of machines for everyone.

Pool availability is great. I wish there were more opening hours though after Summer is done. The availability really drops off then. The Y could use more workout equipment though. Weights and associated machines. The rooms used by the trainers and their clients on the South side seem to be a huge waste of space. Open them up to everyone wanting to do weight training. I DO NOT like the Matrix spin bikes. They are not comfortable. I hate them actually. The Spinner bikes in the past have been much better.
