I do wish they would regulate the air conditioning. I yoga last week it was so hot in Debbie's class I had a headache, then Sunday the subsitute had it freezing, this is not healthy & I am looking for another place to take yoga. It is the participates that mess with the thermostat. Not good or healthy.

The Semones Family YMCA is a great place.
My 10 year daughter really enjoyed her time at the lake and asked for another week to be added to her summer schedule. She did get a bit burned inspite of taking a couple different types of sunscreen with her.
Great workout facility and locker rooms. The pools are excellent for my girls swim meet.
Imani loved her experience at the Lake. The staff were very kind to her and she made new friends.

It has all the choices needed for fitness and none of the things that are not needed.

When I walk in the attendants up front always greet me. And I come very early in the morning. It’s always clean. And there is an activity for every type of fitness goal I’d like to achieve. We normally are lifting weights. But lately we have spent a lot of time in the multi training room, and in the boot camp class. It’s nice to have the options to mix it up.

I’m enjoying the Senior Fitness programs and the efforts of the staff and instructors to make the Y programs available to many levels of health and age.
