Staff is friendly and helpful. This YMCA is family friendly and laid back. Classes are varied, catering to a wide variety of interests and levels of fitness. Members are welcoming to new comers.
All the teachers very sweet even the directors. My girls love coming to the preschool and never want to leave once it’s time for pick up. It surprises me when I hear them speaking about plant life and recycling. It lets me know that they are really teaching lessons and making sure the children understand.
Wonderful instructors who do a great job ! They are personable, energetic, well trained and work hard to give us variety as they give us a challenging workout! I appreciate the variety of classes and equipment to choose from as well. Front desk folks are welcoming. I have also found that the restrooms are clean.

I loved the way they are nurturing kids and my son never said No to school. Teachers are very interactive and they are prompt with the feedback for kids and share the good things they did in school. My son had great time at school.

I've been a member of the Plano YMCA for several years now. The environment is relaxed so that I can exercise as I feel is best for me. The wifi allows me to hear my favorite music over my headphones. I have recommended the Plano YMCA to friends of mine.
The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and well-maintained, the equipment is up-to-date, and I've enjoyed all of the classes that I have tried there.
Classes taught by Stacy H. and Shelly B. are great work-outs for the body and mind. Both of these instructors make the classes fun, while working very hard. I look forward to attending classes led by Stacy and Shelly.

Hi kids enjoyed the camp. There are pretty interesting and exciting water activities which my kid liked a lot . But he also told other than water activities other activities are same every day which is kind of boring and there is one mentor who never allowed a dress change after they got wet saying that they will dry on their own. Which is little uncomfortable. It kids are very safe and monitored in the right way which I liked most . They maintained timely pick up and drops . Overall I will recommend the camp to my friends and will send my kid again
It's clean and friendly. Nice assortment of classes but I really wish you could find a Thi Chi teacher.
