It' a place where I can go and exercise at my own pace and can enjoy my favorite music over my Bluetooth headphones via the y's wifi network. The staff is friendly and sanitizing wipes are available for sanitizing the equipment before and after use. The Plano Family YMCA also accepts my health insurance which is definitely a plus. I've been a member for several years now.

The group fitness classes with Stacy H. and Shelly B. are awesome. They are amazing instructors who lead effective and fun workouts. Their step classes are taught so that multiple skill levels of individuals can participate, with lots of options provided. I love their Step classes so much. Kickboxing is so much fun! Love the new format using the bar for strike. Shelly’s Barre class and Stacy’s Strength classes round out a wonderful week of fitness classes for me, with much needed muscle work and toning. Thank you Stacy and Shelly!!
