The professionalism of the staff. Of course, I don't do anything but the treadmills and a little weights. I'm planning to get as much exercise every week as possible. I'm so glad there's a facility like that available for seniors so we don't have to walk in the parks where we are exposed to so many unleashed dogs.

I went to not being able to tread water at all to being able to tread for a long period of time! I couldn't float on my back period but after 2 weeks of practice I'm a natural now! I highly recommend these swim classes!
