What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

Very pleasant experience. Always very clean. Personnel are very helpful and professional Equipment is top notch, and always ready for use. My only negative comment would be about the doors from the parking area to the elevators/stairs leading to the lobby and exercise area. The doors are very heavy, and are a real challenge for someone like me that has a movement disorder and require a walker. I am confident that other members, or perspective members, have the same issue. The doors should either open automatically or by pressing a button. Many times members have been kind enough to either open the doors for me and hold them open, and they shouldn't be inconvenienced.

Safe underground parking at Moody is GREAT! The 'welcome team' at the front desk is always DELIGHTFUL, cheerful and helpful! Classes are conveniently posted on MindBody, and class-sizes are controlled. The facility is always clean!

So grateful for the great aquatics area and aqua fit instructors/classes.

The equipment. The front desk staff is friendly.

However, yesterday, I asked them to advise management that one of the elevators was acting up. I was quite concerned about the elevator since it jumped a bit. Yet, my request appeared to fall on deaf ears.
